 Nothing on www.topnotchagents.com, or in the TopNotch written or audible curriculum is a guarantee of future earnings, or a guarantee that a Client of TopNotch will be a successful real estate  agent. While TopNotch will work to put the Client in a position to succeed, there is no guarantee of success just by using the TopNotch program. Past results or client testimonials on TopNotch do not in any way imply or guarantee that the results will be the same for Client.

Except as may be necessary for coaching and individual use, Client expressly agrees that it will make no copies, photocopies, facsimiles, or other reproductions of any documents, drawings, electronic data or the likes containing TopNotch Materials, nor will Client disseminate the Materials in any way. Client will make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized reproduction, disclosure or use of Topnotch Materials.

 Nothing in the Materials creates or is to be construed as creating any relationship of agency, subagency, broker partnership, partnership, joint ventures, license, or employment between Topnotch and the Client. Topnotch and Client enter into this agreement as, and will remain, independent parties. The Client has no right or authority to assume, create, or enlarge any obligation or commitment on behalf of TopNotch, and neither Client nor Topnotch has, nor represents itself as having, the authority to bind the other party in any manner.

 Any litigation as it relates to Topnotch and the Client must be brought in District Court, Larimer County, State of Colorado, and Client submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court and waives the right to change venue. Client further consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such court with respect to any such proceeding.

 All sales are final.
